URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR ORDER FOR XMAS DELIVERY
Please respond to the text message that was sent to your phone once you have carefully read the below.
We are deeply concerned about the timely delivery of your order that was promised delivery for Xmas and now strongly urging local customers to collect from our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday (between 9am and 6pm).
We are so very sorry about this inconvenience.
Should you find the above option impossible, you can opt for delivery if your address is NOT a work address and if you are happy for items to be left unattended if no one’s home. Deliveries would take place from Friday through to Xmas Eve with no ability to allocate day/time. Please note that this is not an option for work addresses as deliveries will go through Sat and also Xmas eve, nor is it an option for anyone living in non-secured / common housing or above ground floor. Please again consider picking up in person before 6pm on Monday or Tuesday.
Please reply to the text message if you’re:
* find yourself eligible to take the delivery option in spite of its limitations.
*need to provide an alternate address to be eligible for above delivery conditions.
* picking up but need a delivery fee refund (if applicable).
* ok to wait until after we re-reopen (we’re back 20th of Jan). AND if a Xmas IOU card to your loved one would help. We can express post those tomorrow to You so that you can hand to your gift recipient.
