URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR ORDER FOR XMAS DELIVERY
Please respond to the TEXT MESSAGE that was sent your phone once you have carefully read the below.
We are deeply concerned about the timely delivery of your order that was promised delivery for Xmas and now strongly urging our VIC customers to collect from our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday (between 9am and 6pm).
We are so very sorry about this significant inconvenience.
Please reply TO THE TEXT MESSAGE YOU RECEIVED if you’re:
* picking up but need a delivery fee refund (where a fee was charged).
* OK to wait until after we re-reopen (we’re back 20th of Jan). AND if a Xmas IOU card to your loved one would help. We can express post those tomorrow (cut off) to You so that you can hand to your gift recipient.
* can provide an alternate METRO – Melbourne address. If so, we are able to deliver between Fri and Xmas Eve however this includes Sat and Xmas eve and we have no control over which of these days or times it would be delivered. Please note work addresses, common housing, or above ground-level delivery is not possible at this time. We again urge you to come down to the warehouse.
